Everything ICT was founded in Brisbane in 2018. We saw a clear gap between generic IT support and what operations-critical organisations actually needed: providers who understood the software, the compliance, and the workflows, not just the infrastructure.
Too many organisations were paying for IT support from providers who couldn't speak their language. Every support call started with a lengthy explanation of context that should have been the baseline. That was the problem worth solving.
